Monthly Meeting
Details: 4278 W. Ashlan Ave., Fresno, CA 93722 Directions: From Hwy 99 North, take the Ashlan Ave. (exit 138B.) Turn left (west) on Ashlan Ave. and back over the freeway to the next traffic light. Just past the light on the right is the restaurant. From Hwy 99 South, take the Ashland Ave. (exit 138.) Turn right (west) on Ashlan Ave. at the traffic light. Go past the next light and the restaurant is on the right. Use the first driveway to enter the parking lot. Go straight towards the back of parking lot to park. SCCA autocross
Details: A driving event sponsored by the Fresno Chapter of the SCCA. These events are run on part of the old Castle Air Force Base around cones on a closed course. Speeds are fairly low and the most you will hit are rubber traffic cones. These events are fun and sometimes very entertaining. Cost is $35 for non-SCCA members and $30 for members. |
